1. You can submit your application through the Go Digital Portal which can be found here: https://go.sarawak.digital/
2. You can choose your preference language either English or Bahasa Melayu.
3. Scroll down the front page of the Portal and fill in the REGISTER HERE. Then, click the REGISTER button.
4. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with the verification link. Please check your email and click the VERIFICATION LINK to confirm your registration.
5. Once you click the VERIFICATION LINK, you will be redirected to the portal. Please input your email and password and click the LOGIN button to continue.
6. Go to CATALOGUE and click the button, then choose your desired hardware but remember, the items you choose must be related to your business and must not exceed RM10,000.00
7. In the CATALOGUE, there are several items which consists of:

8. You can then click the BASKET button on the top right side. You will see the summary of the product/products that you choose. Then, click on PROCEED TO APPLICATION button.
9. Once done, please input your BUSINESS DETAILS by fill in the form. For the APPLICATION SUBMISSION, please prepare the information below:

         • Business Nature
         • Business Description
         • Do you have franchise?
         • Average Monthly Revenue
         • Business Registration Year

         • Where do you hear about this program?Then, click NEXT to proceed.
10. Fill in the JUSTIFICATION section by justifying each of the items you choose.
11. Please prepare the documents below as the attachment for the BUSINESS DOCUMENTS.

        • Extract Business Name (optional)
        • Business License (optional)
        • Form 9 (if any, optional)Then, click NEXT to proceed
12. Lastly, you can view the summary of the product/products and the subtotal of the grant on VIEW AND SUBMIT APPLICATION. Just click on the APPLY NOW button and you’re done!
13. A notification page will notify that your application has been received. You will see the summary of application number, application details and delivery address on the page.
14. You will receive a confirmation email stated that your Go Digital application has been received with the summary of the application details.
15. You can click the MY ACCOUNT button to view the summary of your application.
16. You will be contacted via email once your request has been approved.

Yes, if you are a REGISTERED Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)/Business Names Ordinance 1958/Co-operative Societies Act 1993/Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT). However, the selection of the participant is subject to approval of Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Industrial Terminal & Entrepreneur Development Sarawak (MINTRED).

No. One participant can register using ONE (1) business only. Only the business owner can apply for the grant.

Yes. But the equipment(s) must relate to your business nature as one of the requirements to approve the grant is you need to give justification on your choices. Please refer to the guide below for the example of equipment you can choose for your respective business.
