Am I eligible for this grant?

Yes, if you are a REGISTERED Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)/Business Names Ordinance 1958/Co-operative Societies Act 1993/Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT). However, the selection of the participant is subject to the approval of the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Industrial Terminal & Entrepreneur Development Sarawak (MINTRED).

Can I apply under multiple businesses?

No. One participant can register using ONE (1) business only. Only the business owner can apply for the grant. Should you have had the privilege of being a previous recipient of this grant, kindly note that you are NOT ALLOWED to apply again, in the interest of fairness and resource distribution.

Can I pick any equipment based on my preferences?

Yes. Make sure that the equipment(s) must relate to the nature of your business. As one of the requirements of the grant, you need to give justification for each of your chosen devices. Please refer to the guide below for examples of hardware you can choose for your business. The same reasoning applies to your software selection (if any).

How will I know if I am selected to receive the grant or to join the program?

We will notify you via email regarding your application status.

What does "Application Received" mean?

"Application Received" indicates that the Go Digital grant management system has successfully received your grant application submission. This status confirms that your application has been received by the system and is now in the initial stage of processing. At this point, the system has recorded the date and time of submission and acknowledges that your application is in the system's queue for further evaluation and review.

What does "Approved" mean?

"Approved" indicates that your grant application has successfully met all the necessary requirements, criteria, and guidelines specified by the Go Digital grant program. This status signifies that your application has been thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by the relevant authorities or evaluators responsible for grant approvals. Approval implies that your application has demonstrated sufficient merit, aligning with the goals and objectives of the grant program, and has been selected to receive the requested grant funding.
